These terms of service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between You ("User", "You", "Your", or "Yours") and Smart Innovations, Inc. ("Smart Innovations", "We", "Us", "Our", or "Ours") governing your use of the Epic EMIS Web and Mobile applications (the "Apps"). By accessing or using the Apps, You agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms, You must immediately cease using the Apps.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies or guidelines that may be posted on the Apps (collectively, the "Policies"). If You do not agree to these terms or any part of the Policies, you should not use the Apps.

Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Apps after any such changes indicates Your acceptance of the modified Agreement. It is Your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.

Use of the Apps
You agree to use the Apps solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Apps to engage in any unauthorized or illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distributing viruses or malicious software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Apps' systems or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Apps.

Parental Consent
In case You are a Parent or Legal Guardian of a minor User of the Apps, You hereby grant consent for Your minor child, to use the Apps. You understand that Your child's usage of the Apps may involve interactions, data sharing, and access to content. You acknowledge and accept that You are responsible for monitoring and guiding Your child's activities within the Apps. You also recognize that We, as developers of the Apps, are not liable for any content accessed or actions taken by Your child. This consent affirms that You have reviewed the features, end user license, and privacy policies of the Apps. You consent to Your child's participation and agree to the terms and conditions, accessible from the links under the Related Policies and Agreements section below, governing the use of the Apps.
